Availability & Cost.
Weekly Breaks
The cottages are available all the year round and are let on a weekly
basis from 3pm on Saturday to 10.00am on the following Saturday.
Short Breaks
Except for the months of June, July and August, any cottage may be
available for periods of less than 7 days. Please telephone if a
cottage is listed as being available and you are looking for a short break holiday.
Availability
If you are planning your holiday and would like to see if any of our
homes are available, please select the appropriate month from the list
below. This will open a new page with full availability of all three properties, including prices. We
try to keep our list as up to date as possible, but it is best
considered as a guide only. Please confirm by telephone or e-mail before sending
off any payments.
Bookings
If you have confirmed availability and verbally arranged a provisional booking, your booking must be confirmed in writing as soon as possible and sent to us along with your deposit/payment. A £50.00 deposit will secure your accommodation.The deposit is non refundable, but in special circumstances, consideration will be given. The balance is to be paid one month in advance of the holiday. In event of cancelllation of your booking less than a month before, the balance can only be refunded if we manage to re-let the property for that week. It is advisable to have your own holiday insurance.
'Last Minute' Bookings
Should one of our cottages remain unoccupied during
any week we may consider discounting the cost of letting it at short
notice. Please phone us for
